The Science That Validates Astrology

noun \?-?strä-l?-j?\

: the study of how the positions of the stars and movements of the planets have a supposed influence on events and on the lives and behavior of people.
– Merriam-Webster Dictionary

A recent Norwegian study, found that humans born during solar minimums (periods of lesser Sun activity) live 5 years more than people born during solar periods of higher activity.

The researchers examined the lives of 8,600 people born in between the years of 1676 to 1878 and they noticed this reoccurring trend. They then established that higher Sun rays affected the amino acids during higher periods of energy – therefore damaging the acids more so than the calm, to say for lack of a better term. Of course, astrology has not been given more credence in light of this.

Astrology claims that stars and movements of the planets have a supposed influence on events and on the lives and behavior of people, as stated in the definition above.

Key word: influence – since the Sun affects us it offers more insight into the term, “astrology.” But wait a second, there’s more to this topic that must be considered. A real science to this.

Let’s get this clear, water has a memory. Some in mainstream “science” wish to “debate” this “theory,” one cause for this is because if they accept this, they must also accept homeopathic healing. Homeopathy is the medicine of using water to retain the information of plant parts – when this is ingested it balances the energy in your body. Allegedly, I’ve never had it done myself, but they do not believe this because they cannot see plant particles by the time the water is ready. “It can’t work, there isn’t any plant particles left!” Oh, but there is. It was scientifically proven several years ago.

The peer-reviewed scientific journal Naturepublished a study in 1988 detailing the science of water memory. Some have dismissed this study and that is alright. One who has dismissed it is a scientist who brushed off a new study, that I will detail in a moment. He said he “looked really hard” to find the citations for the said study and found “nothing.” However, some of his commenters found data within a two minute window, including a book for the public to read that describes theexperiments in detail.

In 2012 the Aerospace Institute of the University of Stuttgart, Germany found that water retains information. They created technology that enables them to photograph the physical structure of water.

In 2004 the researchers conducted an interesting experiment. They instructed four students to retrieve water from the same source, then drop a row of four droplets each, per student. The water “remembered” each students’ unique “imprint” seamlessly:

Water remembers information, so what? Well, this is where it gets very intriguing. The researchers also found that human blood remembers music, it remembers sound.

Since the human body (which has blood in it) is 50-70% water this is no surprise. Lets take this a bit further and expand this theme shall we? Russian scientist Dr. Peter Gariaev lead a research group into the theme that DNA can affect its surroundings. That DNA itself has a memory, or an information pattern that can be memorized by the environment and perhaps even manipulated. Peter Gariaev showed through his experiments that DNA and sound waves correspond with one another. Gariaev also alleges that DNA itself not only possesses its own memory but also an awareness of its own surroundings and its own consciousness – a little similar to the water theme huh?

Scientist Harry Bigelsen found that human blood memorizes all illness throughout the body. So if you have a broken leg, Bigelsen can use what he calls Symplast to “photograph” your blood and establish an illness far more accurately and faster than any method today. Any method propped by mainstream medicine that is. He calls it holographic blood:

holographic blood:

Nobel peace prize winner Luc Montagnier found that DNA can imprint on its environment. Once the DNA was removed during the experiments it could still bedetected by his instruments. He later filed a patent for technology that can more accurately detect “phantom DNA” as he calls it.

DNA and water can be affected by sound, their very physical makeup can be altered and rewritten via sound and energy and it has its own memory. It is also a two way street, in terms of it also imprinting on the environment. Just like an interactive game, you give the gave input and it will give it back to you. What this means we have a relationship with reality that we never fully understood the significance of. Now lets remember that thoughts have their own energy and can be measured as well. What power do our own thoughts have when we can reprogram our own DNA?? Hey, while we’re at it – words are sounds too aren’t they? The implications for this understanding have opened an entirely new view of the universe and us as humanity. I feel this must be explored deeper. It is no surprise therefore, that studies are showing phototherapy (using light to heal the body) make teeth heal fastercure ulcers and a multitude of other illness. Big Pharma never told you about that one did they?

We interact with reality in a far more fluid way than we ever understood before. But hey, lets wrap this up with astrology.

Whenever the sun enters very high levels of activity it affects life on this planet, so when it was publicly stated that the Sun and the Earth have magnetic portals that connect the two this is no surprise. Scientists also didn’t believe this was “possible” until recently, but let’s remember: Just because they don’t believe it’s true doesn’t mean that it isn’t still true.

It has been documented over and over again that the number of sunspots in coherence with this planet, will relate to the number of historical events on this planet. We’re talking about revolutions, renaissance – evolution. Joe Martinoperformed a Ted Talk and goes into detail about this subject. I highly recommend watching this. The Global Coherence Initiative has heavily documented this and other phenomena and I highly recommend reviewing this information and creating your own conclusion. They also found that the sun can give usinformation input! We can “learn” from the Sun!

It is no secret that our moon affects human behavior, including increasing murder and psychotic action amongst the population during full moon cycles. British police departments even add more officers during shifts that occur with the full moon, including eclipses. Hence the term: lunatic = lunar-tic.

Here is where we wrap this baby up and send it home. We have understood the theme: sound and energy affect us on a whole new level we never understood before. It can affect our very genetic structure, even enhancing our consciousness via sound. Guess what? As it turns out, he Sun emits sound:

Mythologically, the planet Saturn has been worshiped as the God of time, death, rape, institutions, authority and an assortment of other connotations similar to this. Saturn also has an odd and almost haunting sound:

Saturn also gives off 2.5 times more heat than it receives from the Sun, NASA also recently discovered a super giant Saturn ring that swallows this planet. This giant of a planet emits more energy than it receives, those who know David Icke and his work, understand he alleges Saturn is actually a brown dwarf star. Perhaps he’s not too far off?

What does this mean? I don’t really know, but I do know that there is something happening here. There is a relationship between heavenly bodies and  us that is very significant. This is a new science, a new frontier that will be explored and I am convinced there will be many many new discoveries that will benefit us as a whole. Take note, not all of my details may be correct, but it is the theme that is important. I sincerely hope I offered a new perspective into your life that you found wholesome and true. If this information felt right to you, follow it. It may bring you to some interesting places. As always, thank you so much for reading.

The science behind star signs - BBC article - science research proves the month you were born may influence your destiny

The hidden truth of star signs

Your birthday can influence your lifespan, mental health and even your eyesight. David Robson explains how.

With my birthday in the first week of October, my horoscope tells me that I should be fair-minded and balanced; courageous but indecisive. It may even describe my physical characteristics. According to one 19th Century astrologer, Raphael, I should be a “rather elegant in person, [with] a round beautiful face, ruddy in youth, but very plain featured and inclined to eruptions, that disfigure the face when old,”. I would be offended – until I realise that Zac Effron and Gwen Stefani supposedly have the same traits.

Needless to say, scientific studies have long debunked such predictions. Although one psychological study in the 1970s found that certain star signs can correlate with certain personality traits, later scientists concluded that this almost certainly reflected the power of expectations. If we grow up hearing that we will be just and fair, stubborn or passionate, then we act the script. Crucially, the scientists found that people who know nothing of their horoscope fail to match its predictions.

The specific forecasts of horoscopes may be wrong, but there is a grain of truth; over the last few years, scientists have begun to notice that the month of your birth really can predict your fate.

The most obvious effects concern school grades – children born in at the end of the school year perform slightly worse than those born in the beginning, although the differences tend to peter out over the years. But there are other, more startling patterns that are not so easily explained.

In the late 90s, for instance, Leonid Gavrilov at the University of Chicago found that people born in the autumn tend to live longer. He has since confirmed the discovery with many different studies, looking at centenarians, his latest paper found that autumn babies are about 40% more likely to live to 100 than people born in March.

Gavrilov’s discoveries initially met with resistance and misunderstanding. “People who are not familiar with the most recent scientific studies on this topic remain sceptical, associating the work with astrology,” he says. “But when we submit our findings to peer-reviewed professional journals, they are now very well received by experts.” Sreeram Ramagopalan, at the University of Oxford, agrees that the field is gaining momentum. He points out that some of the earlier studies had only examined a small number of participants – meaning it was hard to be sure that the results weren’t simply a fluke. “Only very recently, in the last four or five years, have large studies addressed those issues comprehensively,” he says. Some of the recent findings come from tens of thousands of participants. Ramagopalan’s own studies, for instance, looked at the health records of nearly 60,000 patients in England, showing that winter and spring babies are typically more at risk of schizophrenia, depression and bipolar disorder.

(Getty Images)

Others traits influenced by your birth season appear to be your eyesight (winter babies are the least likely to be highly short-sighted) and your risk of allergies (people born in the summer are less susceptible).

Admittedly, the mechanisms behind these trends are a little murky. Changes in diet and yearly waves of infection could, feasibly, influence the growth of developing baby, with a lingering effect on its health for decades afterwards – even your talent at baseball could be affected (professional baseball players are more likely to have been born in autumn than in spring, possibly because they were healthier at the very start of their lives). You may also be exposed to different kinds of allergens during different seasons. Alternatively, it could be as simple as the length of the day. When it comes to eyesight, for instance, studies have shown that periods of darkness help to regulate the growth of the eyeball. So the long summer days might lead a baby’s eyes to grow out of shape, leading them to lose their focus, while winter babies are less likely to need glasses as they grow up.

(Getty Images)

Then there’s Vitamin D, which is produced when our skin is exposed to the sun. While a deficiency in the vitamin has long been known to weaken bones and cause rickets, it is now known to be crucial for the development of the immune system – which might also influence your risk of allergies – and the nervous system. “In animal studies, if you restrict Vitamin D during pregnancy, the offspring have severe neurological abnormalities,” says Ramagopalan.

For this reason, lower levels of Vitamin D could feasibly lead to differences in the developing brain’s wiring, which might explain the higher rates of mental illnesses like schizophrenia or depression among people born in the winter. The idea is still very much a hypothesis, although some fortuitous evidence comes from Denmark. Soon after they are born, every Danish baby is pricked on their heel, and a small spot of dried blood is kept as a record of their health at the moment they enter the world. Analysing this data for people born in the early 80s and early 90s, researchers found that those with the lowest levels of Vitamin D at birth were more likely to develop schizophrenia later in life.

Prospective parents may worry that they should try to plan their conception according to these dates – but it’s important to remember that the effects tend to be relatively small. Even so, Ramagopalan says that eventually, we may be able to find simple interventions that smooth out those seasonal differences – by topping up Vitamin D in winter babies, for instance.

(Getty Images)

At the very least, the findings give us a better insight into the rich tapestry of influences guiding our destiny. Clearly our genes and our upbringing are the overriding factors, but if something as random as our birth month can shape our mental health and lifespan, what other factors could be determining our fortune? Our fates may not be written in the stars, but we are only just beginning to understand the many other invisible forces that direct the path of our lives from the very day we are conceived.

I swapped bodies with someone - pics, article

What if you could experience life in another person’s body? A few have done so, discovers Rose Eveleth, and they report profound emotional changes.
If you could be anybody in the world, who would it be? This is usually just a theoretical question. The idea of suddenly taking the form of your neighbour, a celebrity or even your dog is fun to think about, but seemingly impossible to execute.
Yet a few people have experienced what it might be like to step into the skin of another person, thanks to an unusual virtual reality device. “The first seconds are just overwhelming,” says Rikke Frances Wahl, a woman who temporarily became a man. “It feels weird. You start to feel more and more comfortable in it, and you start to really get the fantasy of how it would be if it were your body.”
Wahl, an actress, model and artist, was one of the participants in a body swapping experiment at the Be Another lab, a project developed by a group of artists based in Barcelona. She acquired her new body using a machine called The Machine to be Another.
The set-up is relatively simple. Both users don an Oculus Rift virtual reality headset with a camera rigged to the top of it. The video from each camera is piped to the other person, so what you see is the exact view of your partner. If she moves her arm, you see it. If you move your arm, she sees it.
To get used to seeing another person’s body without actually having control of it, participants start by moving their arms and legs very slowly, so that the other can follow along. Eventually, this kind of slow, synchronised movement becomes comfortable, and participants really start to feel as though they are living in another person’s body. “It was so natural,” Wahl says, laughing, “and at the same time it was so unnatural.”

When Wahl swapped with her partner, Philippe Bertrand, an artist who works at the Be Another lab, they wound up stripping down to just their underwear. This is the scene that Wahl remembers when she thinks back on the experience. “We were standing there just in underwear, and I looked down, and I saw my whole body as a man, dressed in underpants,” she says. “That’s the picture I remember best.”
Intriguingly, using such technology promises to alter people’s behaviour afterwards – potentially for the better. Studies have shown that virtual reality can be effective in fighting implicit racism – the inherent bias that humans have against those who don’t look or sound like them. Researchers at the University of Barcelona gave people a questionnaire called the Implicit Association Test, which measures the strength of people’s associations between, for instance, black people and adjectives such as good, bad, athletic or clumsy. Then they asked them to control the body of a dark skinned digital avatar using virtual reality goggles, before taking the test again. This time, the participants’ implicit bias scores were lower.
Another study showed that using the so-called “rubber hand illusion” – where a subject watches researchers manipulate a rubber hand placed such that it seems like their own – can have the same impact. When that rubber hand is a colour unlike their skin, participants scored lower on tests for implicit racism than when they watched a hand of the same skin colour.
Scientists have made people believe a dark-skinned hand is their own, and found it reduces prejudice (Thinkstock)
The idea is that once you’ve “put yourself in another’s shoes” you’re less likely to think ill of them, because your brain has internalised the feeling of being that person.
The creators of the Machine to Be Another hope to achieve a similar result. “At the end of body swapping, people feel like hugging each other,” says Arthur Pointeau, a programmer with the project. “It’s a really nice way to have this kind of experience, and to force empathy onto a person’s brain.”
Aside from empathy, the Be Another lab has used the technology in other situations in which swapping places might have a positive effect. They’ve allowed therapists to switch with their patients, to better understand being physically disabled, and had wheelchair users swap with dancers. And they would like to offer the machine to doctors to help treat those with eating disorders who might have distorted ideas of their own body.
Wahl says that she’d jump at the chance to swap bodies with someone again. “I would really, really recommend it to everyone, everyone should try this thing,” she says. “We all have different feelings and points of views about things,” says Pointeau, “and it’s really strongly related to our bodily experience. With this kind of experience we can promote empathy, but also maybe help people better understand themselves too.”
