Dubai's poetry under the stars

The Dubai Festival of Literature is now in its fifth year and attracts some of the world's best known authors and poets.

Two hundred events run throughout the week-long event and range from performances and debates to workshops.

For the first time there is also poetry in the desert under the stars. 

Music of the Stars

Scientists can record the sound of Stars. The technique, called "stellar seismology", is becoming increasingly popular among astronomers because the sounds give an indication of what is going on in the stars' interior. Since everything we touch and see was made inside the stars, we all are Star Children. There is a connection to the universe we all feel while listening to this music?
